Love the dissociation of the reflection using color, Zehobbyist, the theme of Autumn, and the sort of human shape of the puddle.

And I absolutely love everything about those two little pairs of feet looking into the pool, Kim with the faces reflected in the pool and the wonderful curved diagonal of the cement edge. This really draws interest, I think, because of the human subject factor.

Mullallyj, I tried turning your flame picutures 90 degrees, and you're right, that makes it much clearer. Knowing the context really helps me understand what I'm seeing. I'm sure my dog got it right away; she always tilts her head when she is trying to understand.

Here goes nothing! Admired/lurked for a long time, first upload. Hopefully this works.

I know, having tried in vain to get a decent shot of my parents-in-law's garden pond, how successful you were here. Well taken and very effective. Welcome

Willard 3, this is gorgeous; an amazing composition that really illustrates "reflection" so perfectly.

sradke, with the koi swimming and the great colors and abstract nature of this, to me it is absorbing and induces a meditative state of mind. I'd love to have this enlarged on my wall at work !! I totally agree with Fred Berg.
