This week's theme is: Stop the Action

*Please note that there is a TWO image limit, in this thread only but feel free to post as often as you wish.

Last weeks theme seemed to have a few flummuxed (technical word for confused ) - well this week we would like you to crank up the shutter speed and "stop the action" - it doesn't have to be extreme sports action, anything will do, lets see some imagination.

It's okay if we all dig into our archives for submissions to the weekly theme but when you're out with your camera this week I hope that you'll keep the weekly theme in your mind and share your newest creations with us. Also, please feel free to comment on other's images in the weekly theme and let them know what you think of the work they've posted here.

You can post weekly theme suggestions through http://www.photoforum.com/index.php?showtopic=19655 or send Jen a PM (personal message).

A couple to start with from the archives for me - firstly from a couple of weeks ago of Felix frozen in mid jump.

George, seeing Ethel again reminded me of this shot.

Dug back into the archive for these, but this challenge has me eager to head out now, and see what I can find. The challenge of freezing action is quickly becoming one of my favorite things to do.

    This should be good, George!

Some from the archive, the man throwing the big pot up in the air was catching it on the back of his neck, a bit mad or what. The other is from Spa two years ago.
