art video project - Los Angeles / San Diego - looking for staff

I am a visual artist living in Vienna and about to launch an art project, for which I am looking for someone who can record a short video of the sunset in Los Angeles or San Diego in June / July. It is going to be a video installation, with one video showing the sun rising in Vienna and the other showing the sun going down on the other side of the world - at exactly the same moment.

- NECESSITIES
proper videocamera (no camcorder) / SLR camera, tripod
full hd 1920x1080, just recording - editing will be done by myself
- LOCATION
Choose a location with a good overview to the city at sunset.
- YOUR EFFORD
short test shooting in may
june / july: 3 shootings, 20 minutes each
- SALERY
600 Dollar (sorry, my budget is not really big, amateur photographs are warmly welcome!)
