Oh, thank gods. I thought I was the only one.
I pack two things wherever I go: A gun and a camera. You probably don't want to end up in front of either one.

It seems fairly disjointed, but googling "curtis neeley" may help you understand.

Curtis Neeley wrote this and it summarizes one and a half years in United States Federal Court and 226 filings. It involves Google Inc showing nudes done by me to my daughter at school after I asked them to stop and asked Photo.net to delete the images I had uploaded when I noticed they were no longer behind a sign-in screen as initially required.

15 lawyers have yet to figure it out! Do NOT feel bothered that it is too involved to understand. I wrote it and have a severe brain injury that makes my communications difficult to follow on their best day.

Please help...What should I try to make it simpler? I need to be able to tell a jury by July 11, 2011?

"Curtis Neeley" realizes that speaking in the third person is often confusing and yet is easier when speaking about legal filings. The original poster also does and this is me. Oops "I" simply doesn't sound right in legalese.

If lawyers can't understand it, I doubt I can. I might be wrong, but I don't think it's the involvement causing the obscurity but is, instead, the presentation. Maybe you could get someone with enough time to hear you and clear up your presentation.

That seems pretty clear. I don't know why a lawyer would have trouble understanding it unless he works for Google or Namemedia, in which case he would be getting a good fee to not understand it or, at least, to object to it as much as possible.

Are you representing yourself? If so, I guess you know how loaded the court system is against self-representation, not the worst of which are the "Oops" things you've experienced. Have you tried to get a lawyer to handle it on a contingency basis?

I can't say I support your intentions, but good luck, Curtis.

    A) Anything you put on the Internet has the potential to be shared or used in a way you don't like. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

    B) I will do anything I can to prevent your visions of a policed internet society, where everything is G rated, all freedoms are lost and The Authority decides what and when we see when They decide.

I, sir, am an American. I am (somewhat) free. If I want to use the Internet to look up puppy and kitten photos, I will, and if I want to look up pornography, I will. Tough turkey. If you don't like porn, quit looking at it. If you don't like the fact that other people choose to look at porn, I suggest you fly yourself pronto to a third world country under Sharia law, where everyone is ruled by the Authority and women keep their faces (and everything else) veiled. I'll donate money for your ticket.

Quit trying to take away people's rights. I'm sorry you are brain damaged, but that's no excuse for trying to control other people's lives or take away freedom. Not that you would succeed, but I don't appreciate the effort regardless.

    Have a nice day.

I am not trying to take away your rights or take away freedom. There is nothing that should prevent me from succeeding including death as I have distributed the lawsuit.
You will still be able to see your pornography by wire if you are an adult and using a computer purchased by an adult who allows that computer to view pornography. Exactly the same way that you can rent adult rated DVDs today.

Speaking of Muslim law; This lawsuit will succeed even though making me as unpopular as Bin Laden. That is why the case is distributed so that killing me will not alter the results. The Internet will be more free when any kid can look at it and not see indecency regardless of how badly they try unless allowed by an adult. Porn will still exists and will finally be profitable again. Freedom will exist exactly like it does today for all adults who can look at pornography today. I sent a PM because I did not want to add another post to the thread but see that this opinion is commonly held.

Have a nice day and enjoy your tough turkey.
I will not PM you again.
