I was on the Nikon page and didn't see any Nikon Lenses in FX format yet! But when they come out, I'll bet they are pricey! So without some EXPENSIVE full-frame lenses, we will never see 12.1 MP!
This is what turned me away and maybe put back the D300 on my "wish list".
Okay, I hope I haven't misunderstood you...
so, there is alreaday a 14-24mm f/2,8, a 24-70mm f/2,8 and a 70-200mm f/2,8 in the Nikon catalogue for "professionnal" zooms. And also a 17-35mm f/2,8, a 24-85mm f/2,8-4, a 70-300mm (and others, can't wright here all the lenses) and of course a lot of prime lenses.
The first three of my list are really expensive, but they'll surely put out some f/4 zooms.
And if like me, you prefer prime lenses, there's already a lot of AF-D lenses (AF-S version should be done some day.. hopefully :P )

Acutally, all the lenses which are not "DX" should be FX ones (but it's better to check it)
