    Sue, I agree with Willard.

Willard - like the ferris wheel. It's that time of year!

Sue - The first two seem too distracting, they're not cohesive. The last one I really really like. A lot.

I have another weird one - I don't know what's got into me lately . Maybe it's because I'm on vacation this week.
Anyway, I was walking along a dock area and noticed this window of an empty shop full of mannequin heads. I absolutely had to take a picture. I was so embarrassed about taking a picture of an empty storefront I waited until everyone else had walked away.
At first I was trying to take the whole window, and all the shelves, but I wasn't happy with it until I decided to move in closer and just focus on these two. I like that it looks like they are gazing out at the view, but now I wonder if I shouldn't have moved in even closer? Or maybe not bothered at all?

Getting over embarrasment sometimes leads to wonderful shots. I'd consider cropping the band on the left, and either crop or clone out the branches on the right.

Thanks for the feedback friends. I'm thinking that none of them really truly 'work' I was looking for a 'still life' Civil War type of image to print. I don't think I have it quite yet. I'll keep my eye out the next time out.

After a heavy shower I jave just visited to the neighbours roses to get a couple for the weekly theme and spotted that their hydrangea has just started to colour up, worth a fill the frame for Danes challenge I reckon.
