Wow, these are really great from everyone. Terry, I don't know how you and Craig manage to capture such great shots. I've only seen rodeo on TV but I know that everything happens extremely fast and not in the best lighting conditions. I love the expression you've captured on the bull.
Thanks, Marie. My shutter speed wasn't fast enough to freeze the bull's face...but I'll say I did that for the effect.

Totally worth the wait, Val! Nice one! Love the simplicity of it as well as the b/w conversion.

    Another nice one too, Terry!

    Great shots everyone!!!

Here's my contribution - one is the typical B&W with high contrast and the other one is just me experimenting with softness and light at a shoot I did yesterday

Zmeiaspas - Very nice shots! The facial expressions on #1 are great... they make you laugh.

The high key model...wow. Good job.

I like the textures and the contrasts of the brick building...

zmeiaspas~love that action shot, the model is pretty neat too, very creative.

duncan1473~snowing! Interesting perspective, nice to see all these black and white shots!

I was thinking the same thing! Very nice Val!

Now I'm missing an image on zmeiaspas' post! There's only the toboggan run, no model. Any chance of getting the model back?
I really love the softness of the toboggan pic, it's excellent!

Stradawhovious - The b&w works really well in showing off the grittiness of the old building.

Duncan - I can see how this perspective shows off the arch under the bridge to very good effect but I can't help wanting to straighten out the picture. That's just me though.

Hubby and I took a drive down (what we call) deer road yesterday. It's a road that's right in the middle of this big hill, on the right it goes way up, and on the left it goes down to the bottom of the hill. As you drive down this road, you can see deer ALL OVER! They are everywhere! You have to drive slow, because they will run right out in front of the vehicle every now and then, as they cross the road. It's just crazy!

This big guy was further up at the top, so this was cropped pretty good.
