Hub's Spring Photo Challenge

Here's what heralds the arrival of Spring for me, the fish in the pond have not been fed since early October until now around Easter time when the temp gets into double figures and they get active. Some people tend to feed them in the winter if we get a short warm spell, Ok they will eat but then a cold snap sends them back into hibernation and the food rots in their guts and the next time you see them could be belly up floating.

So today was my first feed of 2009 and as usual "The Pig" was the first out of the depths ......





... the Comets are a little more demure about eating

there is one thing for me that means Spring is here and there is no way this can happen until Spring is really here, hopefully the middle of next week will be the time when this will occur and I will be able to post an image here smile.gif - until then you are in suspense, or not lol.gifTera Money
