I just decided to try this today and I have a long way to go. For the skin smoothing I did a gaussian blur, added noise and used the repair tool. Any suggestions on doing the skin better and how to make the color of the edge of the lips look more seamless? What tools do I need to use. I did this with Gimp 2 but I do have photoshop 6. I do know the forhead is messed up.
    TIA!

Looks great!! If you look around deviantart, you can find "eyelash" and "eyeshadow" brushes, which I use often when messing around with photoshop...all you have to do is paint them on a new layer, and use the edit-->transform tool to adjust them to your pose! Love that shade of "lipstick" by the way!

Digital make-up is really cool! (I might try that on my own pic sometime.) But I don't like too much of it whether digital or real-life make-up. Your "before" pic is more likeable for me, but then again, that's just me.

I agree. I like the smooth skin. I think the lips are overdone.
