I did take these pictures myself, just the 10 second delay on my old wal-mart cheapy camera. This picture is a year or two old, so I didn't have the original, so I linked it from my myspace.

How to do this. Even though I'm not good at explaining things.
Well I had to take 2 shots, with the camera in the same place. So I set it on my dresser and set the timer for 10 seconds. Went and sat down (with my dazed expression) and held the empty glass in my hand. Went and set it again, then went and picked up the pitcher of juice off the ground and started pouring it while the picture was taken. I brought up both the photos in photoshop. And layered them ontop of eachother with the first picture on the bottom. Then lowered the opacity of the top one to see if they were lined up. They weren't so I moved them around until they lined up. Then on the top picture using the polygonal lasso tool I cut out the left half of the picture going carefully around the area were my fingers were on the bottom one. I raised the opacity back up, the did some slight blurring where they blended so you couldn't tell where one picture starts and the other ends.
Sorry if that was a little confusing, if you need to know more just ask.

Umm I confused myself in trying to explain that. Probably would be easier to follow if I recreated something similar and took screen shots of the photoshop actions as I did them.

    Very clever!

I have always thought that having a clone of myself would be a very good thing.
One to work and bring home a paycheck, while the other just takes pictures. :P

Thanks for explaining your process. Good job!

That is one awesome pic. You did a very good job with the photoshop work. Just goes to show that you don't have to have all the expensive equipment to do good work.
