I admit I went overboard on the brightness of this set. I was hoping to get the "fantasy" or "magical" effect with it. Sadly, I overwrote the originals. While I'm at it, could anyone give me advise on how to make pictures like these get the effect I mentioned, please? The festival will be happening again this summer and it's the last time I'm gonna be able to see it.

    Thank you!

I think you have the effect you were looking for. Being very new to dslr use I cant say much, but they do convey that feeling to me, #3 and #4 seem to relay that the best!

I think you are doing a good job getting a fantasy feel for the pictures. They look very nice. Might could try some HDR color mapping. there is some free software that you can play with to see if it gives you the feel you want. I don't know much about it really but swing by the HDR section and have a look. Just a thought and I might be way off in left field for suggesting that. oh well.
    God Bless
