    PHOTO EDITING NOT OK
    overall its a great shot. ive never tried a shot like that before so my input might be limited, but i wonder if it wouldn't have popped just a bit more if you had a hair light on a boom? (i have someone hold a flash attached to our monopod for that)
    not sure how much it would affect the backlit aspect, but i kinda feel an overhead flash on maybe just 1/32 or 1/64 power might have added just a little zing there.
    my only other question would be, why such a large crop? it appears to be a sand trap on a golf course? the stars are nice, but the rest of the background doesn't lend much to the picture.
    it could also be that im just a fan of tighter crops.

    Thanks for the comments guys. Pix I'll have to try the idea of an additional strobe and see the effect. As for me I think I just like wider crops and seeing more of the sky.
