Strange and Fascinating Signs/Bumper Stickers around the World

Inspired by the "Don't Drive Upstream" sign I suggested a thread for odd and weird road and other signs around the world. I was told to go with it then so heres my starter. Taken somewhere at a roadside layby between San Antonio and Corpus Christi, SE Texas I found this sign rather amusing - maybe not to our US cousins but it has a whole new meaning in the UK....... or maybe I am wrong and it means what I though it said?????

Quality not the best as it was taken with one of the first consumer digital cameras on the market which cost me an arm and a leg in 1997.

Soliciting means prostitution in your country? It also is used the same occasionally here, but in the case it means asking for money for anything.

Yup it does - so you can see why it aroused some interest - I mean the professional kind of course - I am digging this hole deeper arn't I *LOL*.

Anyway we cover it by the catch all phrase - begging.

I'll have to look through all of my signs...
I always take various signs wherever I am so I'm glad we have an "official" place to put them...

Here's one I took a couple of years ago.

Although you can see on the sign that this is a national park, and the war is long over there are still signs like this. BTW this is in Croatia.

Sheesh scary - I first went to Yugoslavia (as then) in the 1970's and it broke my heart when that country got ripped apart - we stayed about 10 miles south of Dubrovnik and actually saw our old hotel on the news riddled with shell holes and looted during the conflicts.

It is such a wonderful landscape though and has special memories for me as it was the first time my late wife and I had been abroad together, sad to see signs like this in such a beautiful place but rightly belongs in this thread and is a reminder to us all how lucky we are.

Mines! Good Lord. I always worried about my kids stepping on broken glass.
