I have tons of photos which i'm thinking about selling to sites such as http://www.gonogging.com or newspapers such as newsday. How do you know how much to price your work. I see people selling photos for as little as a dollar and other people selling photos for hundreds of dollars.

There is no set way to price an image. Some of the factors that are involved include:
Who the photographer is.
How well known the photographer is.
What the image contains.
The time that the image will run.
The number of times the image will run.
The size of the image when run.
The number of people who will see the image.
The type of medium the image is used in.
How the image will be used.
What kind of release is needed.
How many people use the image.
Is the image available for print.
Is the image available for digital download.
How much your time is worth.
You will have to be able to answer all of these questions to effectively price an image.
