    The problem is that there is nothing to explain, Only trivial techniques for a photographer
    D300 and 70/180 macro. Time fast, Burst and manual focus
    and observe the behavior of insects to find the best time to do these shots

    Nothing to it? Just trivial techniques? In that case everyone would be doing it just as well. But everyone isn't so there is a hole somewhere in your theory. I wonder where it might be? ;-)

    well the theoretical technique is trivial but the practice and training take time and perseverance
