    As long as we are on the subject of glaciers.

    I was able to visit my namesake, Hubbard Glacier, in Alaska in the summer of 2007. This is the only glacier that is not receding in Alaska. In fact, Hubbard Glacier is continuing to grow.

    Looks like a tidal wave of snow coming from the mountains. Not to mention COLD! Nice capture Hub.

    - don't forget the telescope -- now that would be a trip - dang thats Hubble isn't it - sorry got a brain freeze
