I like this picture, it gives me some calmness. Just a little suggestion, try to get the horizon out of the middle. It will give you a more exciting picture.
50/50 horizons dont really work , but here it does , but cropping would give it a different and maybe more interesting look .....

Very nice clouds in the sky, they look almost painted.
I NEVER clone or paint in my photos, I only do levels/crop/NR/colorbalance, if needed.
