    The bottom part of this photo is the result of 5 exposures, the upper half has had the HDR masked out to one of the better exposed single shots.

    Interesting concept -- masking out the layers on the top half. Thanks for sharing that technique. That might come in very handy! It never ceases to amaze me...the versatility of Photoshop...IF one only knows what to try.

    It was suggested to me to try this to make the photo not so surreal. Also it has been suggested that I try to 'Ortonize' the upper half...considering it!

    Keeping the leaves as a single shot is a good idea if the wind is blowing and the leaves are all just ghost images causing a lot of blurriness.
