Thank you! I'm working on getting better with eliminating halo's. Thank you for your feedback!

first one is nice but im not a lover of the skies in the others.. im trying to get away from those dark grey storm clouds as much as i can.. also like mentioned before work on the halos. people rarely look good in hdr.

i find a huge plus in hdr work is to use photoshop to merge your hdr with one of the origonal sky photos of your set . erase the hdr ugly clouds and let your origonals show through instead.

ill do the same with people, ill erase the hdr look and let the natural photo show through instead.

you cant do that in lightroom though, you need photoshop or elements.

I think you can almost do what ever you want as far as HDR goes. Some of it goes into that artistic realm and is enjoyable to look at as art instead of a straight up photo!

I enjoyed these HDR's. Everyone is a bit different in their tastes.

I do like #3, but for it very 'sketchy' sort of look.

#3's almost colored pencil look is also what draws me to it as well, no pun intended. I use HDR not to better my photography, but more as an artistic outlet of sorts being that I am neither good at drawing or painting. I enjoy photography, but HDR gives me something that I can experiment with and can alter to artistically produce thigns that I find appealing. I must add that I do strive to achieve HDR like what can be seen in professional HDR quality photography. I am not in that catagory though nor do I claim to be. Thank you all for your input!
