Ok this is my first attempt at HDR

This is a discussion on Ok this is my first attempt at HDR within the IR & HDR Photography forums, part of the PHOTO GALLERIES category; Beautiful place! I think I would prefer the second shot if there were a way to tone down the highlights on the foreground rock....

    I agree, the second shot wins it for me. Maybe a bit of burning on the rock or something and it should be great!

    I'll probably get that fixed tonight. I did the image last night, with my gf complaining about me spending too much time in front of my computer or behind my new camera. But thanks for your comments. Will repost tonight when it's fixed.

    Well, I'm not in the "mainstream".
    Both images are great, but the first one is my favorite.
    It looks more peaceful to me than the other one.
