    The shot looks amazing. So does the sky.

    One suggestion that I heard on the sky outline is to process twice in Photomatix. Once so you get a good no outline shot, and one for the effect that you want. Then when you process, you can bring in the no outline shot as a layer and paint the sky in where the outline is, varying opacities, etc.

    More work...

    Apparently with four-hour edits you aren't opposed to that!

If you would like I would be willing to help with your hdr conversations, I will gladly spend the time to help you, but you must understand it is not something that takes five minutes, you would have to commit to a couple of hours.
