    As for the Pac-Man shot, what I like about it is that it well illustrates how the mind construes visual information upon the templates of our experience. So the humor of it is evident in this instance, and yet I think that the same processes are always happening as the mind goes beyond simple visual perception of any image to "understand" what is seen. And in photography, I also think it can be instructive to analyze and deconstruct that process.
