Oh man - I'm not even going to tell you guys what I got. I'm either blind or I need a new computer!
Do you have a color-calibrated monitor (or a way to calibrate it)?
I just did it again last night and scored WORSE than before. So I'm going the other direction! Must be the tension to show off a good score in front of all of you. And having Hub's "0" hanging out there as a reminder![]()

I got a 19 and was really surprised, thought I had a great sense of color! darn!
what fun tho.....
To those who are getting higher scores than you think you should:
Don't blame yourself just yet. If you monitor isn't calibrated, this may be causing the problem. Uncalibrated monitors (especially if they are way out of tolerance) will hinder your ability to distinguish between fine shades of color and densities. You might want to look into purchasing an inexpensive monitor calibration device like X-Rite's Huey or ColorMunki. (No, I don't get paid by X-Rite for endorsements.)

Hub is right about the calibrated monitor. And best to do it in a very dark room (like at night).
I use a X-rite (ne: gretagmacbeth) Eye-One Display 2 calibrating "puck" to calibrate my monitor. And I have no connection to them.
Of course, I haven't scored a "0" yet either!![]()
