For the last week I haven not been able to view photos on this site because they have been covered by pop up ads from google.

There is no place on these ads to click to cancel them.

These ads even get through my anti-virus spyware.

There is a line near the top of the page that has; "Ads by Google" "Photo Competition" "Photography Competition" "Photography Contests" "Family Photography"

On this line "Ads by Google" is highlighted and there is no way , that I can find, to remove the highlight.

I hope someone can shed some light on this so I won't have to abandon the Photography Forum.

Google AdSense doesn't do pop-up ads.

None of the ads here interfere with photos for me.

Perhaps, there is something messed up with your browser and any add-ons you may have installed.

Here is a quick snap I made of my monitor.

It sure looks like an AdSense pop-up to me. They won't go away and this is the only site I have ever been to that does this.

Thanks for letting me know, the banner has been disabled.

(Worked fine in my IE8 though).
