    I'm interested! Thank you very much indeed for these tips. I am a home/amateur food photographer - I run a food blog and like to post good pictures. Your tips are well beyond anything that I do, but it is really interesting to read well beyond what it is that I do so thank you.

    Thanks.Singapore is very good city...In there eat really good French dishes...I eat lunch,soup,mushroom and chestnut liked...Din Tai Fung food is very best restaurant in Singapore..

    If you take photos of dishes you create in the kitchen but you are not a professional photographer, then you can look on the following tips-:
    1. Lighting Tips:Donít ever use a frontal flash on your dish as this will wash out the texture of a dish or food subject.
    2. Composition Tips:Arrange the composition that suits your camera well. Depending on the type of camera check the viewfinder or LCD to see its presentation.

    I think another thing that really affects food photography is great food styling.
