In need of SERIOUS help!!!!
First, thank you for reading this. I'm out of options and need professional help and can't find anyone in my city with the ability to complete this picture. A little back story: We bought a car last Thursday, took a picture of it. The dealer warranty is hanging in the window in that picture. Long story short, the car needs a new engine and we haven't even had it a week.
The dealership is trying to deny that the warranty ever existed, failed to give us the original, and is declining to repair the car. I had the picture processed and the warranty tag is blurry, slightly readable but blurry!!! Can anyone PLEASE help us out with this and try to make the image clear and legable?! Thank you sooooo much in advance and I cross my fingers that this can even be done....
I can't seem to get the photo uploaded, any suggestions?

if there isn't enough data to read it now, there is no way to bring it back, without completely recreating it.
in other words, we would have to forge the letters, as in, put new ones in to make it legible

Thank u =) Figured I'd try!

well lets see it anyways, because there may still be enough data

You can "sharpen" a photo, but there are limits to what can be done. The software doing the sharpening has to be able to detect "edges" which are distinguishable from other "edges" in the image. If the letters are a "little blurry" then it might be possible to make it clearer. If they're a "lot blurry" then there's not much that can be done.
