Problem with camera

This is a discussion on Problem with camera within the Fix This Photo forums, part of the PHOTO PROJECTS category; I checked the lens and the mirror but they look fine. Not really sure why this is happening. Canon XSi (450D). Any ideas? DPP_20047 by ...

    I checked the lens and the mirror but they look fine. Not really sure why this is happening. Canon XSi (450D).

    Did you check the sensor?
    Capture all the photons you want; the universe will make more.

    Everything looks fine, but I'm not very experienced in this matter. Probably will take the camera to get serviced.

    Looks like you've been in some wet areas, and perhaps hot-to-cold environments... I wouldn't be surprised if it was a dried water/condensation stain on the sensor glass..

    Should be easy to have cleaned...

    Agreed. A good sensor cleaning should do it.
