    PHOTO EDITING NOT OK
Hi all, got an Epson 3490 scanner I use to scan my 35mm negs at. I only use the max optical res of 3200 dpi. I'm looking at the Minolta in the title which has a max res of 2920 dpi. Question is, will it be any better than my Epson? I plan to use VueScan for both so there will be no difference there and I generally just print to 9"x6".

    Cheers, Lol

One of the best scanners I ever laid my hands on was an old Epson 9500 optical scanner so I'm kinda biased.
