    Really nice work If I had seen the two images without comment, I would have sworn the color version was the original.

    Me too! That's excellent work, software or no. I like the color choices for all the clothes. What does the family think?

    Sorry for the late reply. I've been out of touch.

    Thanks again for the compliments. The family was surprised with this pic to say the least. I had to take a wild guess at what colors everyone was wearing since my wife was too young to remember. I'm pretty sure they weren't that colorful. Again, the credit goes to the author of that photo restoration book and the software.

    Thats really cool. Its crazy how a little color changes the whole thing. If I hadn't seen the original I don't think I would have realized how old the picture really is.
