I took this picture with the intention to make a cool looking HDR of an eye, being that I was inspired by a few I'd seen in the past. My brother and I went fishing today and there wasn't a lot of action happening in the water, so I decided to try and get a cool looking eye photo. Well, it didn't come out quite how I expected, instead it was a crazy silhouette of me taking the picture, with a bright blue sky and clouds reflected back at me on the Iris of his eye. I thought it looked pretty cool, so I did a little cropping and touch ups with exposure, saturation and contrast. I also processed it as an HDR image as well. I will be posting both to show a comparison.

    The non-HDR photo:

My brother eye in HDR, looks pretty cool! Kinda reminds me of a comic book or something:

Lolol, I think he oughta stop smokin that stuff unless he catches more fish. The second one seems like something out of "The Lord of the Rings".

IMHO, good way to fill time when the fish are being dull.

He was hungover, lol.. Didn't sleep the night before, and we went fishin really early in the morning. He was reluctant to let me photography his eyeball and slightly uncooporative, but it turned out pretty cool none-the-less... Thanks for the feedback!

The first picture reminds me of something that I might see on the cover of a Steven King or Dean Koontz novel. And that is a good thing.
