I finally got some distilled water but thought before I change the water I'd try some food color. All the stuff that looks like dirt is dirt- didn't cover the tank and there's a fair amout of dust fiddling around in the air here. I cloned some of it out but I don't they they're worth a whole lot of effort.

The thing in the middle is the neck of the dye bottle.

    Then I dropped marbles in.

Neat experiment. I think #3 is fabulous. I would frame that. That is a definite piece of art.

    #2 for me. Frame it!

Thanks, George. :P It's pretty easy- the only hard part is getting the timing right, and with the water pours even that doesn't matter

Thanks, Dane. I think that's my favorite, too. Kid of looks like an imp to me.

Like, far out, man. I'd say maybe the camera is having a flashback but it wasn't even around then.

Thanks, bubble. Yeah, they kind of are. I didn't know what they were going to look like but I'm pretty happy with them. I've dropped food color into water and watched it but never tried a picture.

The first one is very impressive...it looks like it could be something other than what it is, although I'm not sure exactly what that other something would be.
