    It looks to me like there are two peices of lint and about 300 dust spots.

    When cleaning the sensor make absolutely sure that you don't spread any of the camera grease on the sensor. This stuff is like a never setting glue. Once on your sensor it's very difficult to get rid of and it acts like fly paper for any buzzing dust mots. The voice of experience, the main culprit (beside me) was my arctic butterfly.

    Well... after I read the comment I blew the dust and now the sensor it's pretty clean it seems ok but there are still some half invisible dots... that I see only at F36 but they do not damage the picture so I guess it's ok because i never did this again and i don't know any person in this small city that does so better safe than sorry.
