    Sony A7 lighting options

I have a Sony A7 and I am struggling to figure out how to best use it for studio work / portraits.
Ttl won't work with flash from what I've read online, some people manage to get it to work with remote flash.

I was also looking in to continuous lighting such as Led lighting.

I like listing that's portable and budget is roughly $400, I've been looking at the YONGNUO lighting and the Interfit pro 360
The YONGNUO if I purchase three of the smaller lamps they will output 6000 lumens at 5500k.

I like my subjects to be evenly lite without harsh shadows.

    What are my options?
