i had a few rolls of 120 film undeveloped, but used (have pictures on them) in my freezer. the power went out and the film rolls got saturated with water. my question is, does it damage the film if it gets wet and then dries again?

I'd imagine that the emulsion will all stick together, and peel off when unwound. If you are processing them yourself, do so now. If you have a custom lab, talk with them. I'd think it'd be better to process these rolls while they are still wet, but expect the emulsion to be a bit uneven no matter what.
bear with me. i don't have an escape button...
