    PHOTO EDITING NOT OK
    For me, the interesting foreground with the different colors and textures are what captures my interest. I do find the overall quality of this shot a bit flat.What has worked for me in the past, with similar images, is bring up the black point a little while dropping the contrast as needed, then sharpen. By doing so will give the overall photo a little more "pop" without unduly affecting the sunset.
    Does anyone know of photography forum's that people Actually reply/comment to postings???

    I think that's an improvement, yes. I would like to see a view from further camera left, such that the tide running into that little bay was coming directly toward the camera.

    I was on a pier, and the view from the left was inaccessible. Thanks for the suggestion.
