    heather - great shot! he's so photogenic! i always like the look over the shoulder!

    I just wish the spot on the cheek was a little bit less bright. that's my only critique.

    I am with Jen just a bit too bright on the side maybe just tone that down slightly but otherwise great composition on this one.

    Heather I think its been said but it is a really nice image - in terms of the tone and clarity reminds me a lot of the school photos we used to have done when a pro was brought in to photograph us kids
    Tell him to sit up straight!
    .... and thats what he used to say to us.

    If you could tone down just the one highlight on the right cheek Heather and this would be a great portrait. The exif data shows the flash didn't fire so did you have lights set up?, also the ISO was 640 at 1/15sec so maybe it was all natural light - just curious - knowing this helps me understand the result better.
