As a dog lover - those are really great shots. I enjoyed them greatly. Perhaps you could tell me what camera you use - it does a great job. Many thanks for the series. Boxplayer

    Thanks again Boxplayer!
All the pics are taken with the Olympus E-420-body.
Most of the doggypics posted here are taken with the 14-42mm kitlens, the later ones are done with the Sigma 105mm macrolens.
The 14-42mm kitlens very sadly has gained a nasty unremovable spot just off the centre ,so i'm confined to the sigma for now.
I am getting ready to get me the Olympus ED 70-300 mm F/4.0-5.6,should have that in a few days.
Until then some further shots from the sigma.
This swan had some objections to sharing it's water with dogs.

One without a dog,but a bit more suited to the lens.
    Black-tailed Skimmer (Orthetrum cancellatum).

Looking forward to the 70-300mm lens!
    Been fun while it lasted...

Great shots, that must be a very enjoyable job. Makes me want a dog even more than I already did.

Bit of a handfull sometimes, for some reason she's prejudiced against Berner-Senners.
I warned the service that will take over for me of her quirks, hope it won't be a problem.
She's been with me from the start,i'm gonna miss the old girl.

This guy(Chow-chow) we regularly encounter when walking,i just love the blue/black tongue.
Of course he's not gonna show that well when i'm with the cam,but i managed to get some of it on there.

    Jazz having a nice belly-upmoment.

Fred also having a nice backrub on some dry grass.

It is getting ridiculously warm, hope that breaks soon,i'm far too old for all this sweating.

Thank you so much for posting thee photographs. I've had so much fun enjoying not only the photographs, but the narrative that goes along with them. I have not long finished a book "fiction" about a dog walker, your photographs have brought some wonderful visual to the pages of the book.

And you as well of course Grace.
You have made me very curious about the book.
I'm an avid reader,a book about my particular 'profession' would make a nice addition to the bookcase.
So if you could supply a title/author,it would be much appreciated!
    Thanks in advance.

A few of a waterrescue-demo by Newfoundlanders i came across in the weekend.
