    Back to the birds.
    1.
Another of a Great Tit (we call them 'koolmees' in dutch, they don't deserve the innuendo's :P )

    2.
Pair of Egytian Geese, beautiful and very graceful birds,i'm still waiting for an opportunity to shoot these in good sunlight, would do their colours a lot more justice.

    3.
House sparrow, these sadly have declined in a big way locally, since hedges have gone out of style.
They were abundant in my youth, but a rare sight in town these days.

    4.
Although you'd be hardpressed here to find a bit of open water without a few Herons, these relatives are very uncommon here.
So even if it's not a great shot, included anyway it for my own 'rarityvalue'.
    Great (White) Egret.

    5.
No actual bird(s) in this shot, but definitely birdrelated.

Although it was overcast and lightly snowing i did bring the camera along today for the midday walk.
Was thankful i did, when i had a sort of two for the price of one-surprise.
Not only did i spot a Kestrel but as a bonus i also had the privilige of encountering a Kingfisher.
So even as the light wasn't very good and i'm started to long for a cam with imagestabilisation, here goes :
    Kestrel.

The sun is putting in some more appearances,so the light is getting better.
    Jackdaw.Oops,did i say jackdaw,this is a 'common' black(carrion) crow of course!
As are most of the black birds in the previous pics seem to be actually,my bad.
