I would open a photo and think "That's my favorite." Then, I would open another one and think "No, THAT'S my favorite." Of course, I think the images of a single eagle in posing so nicely in the tree branch is so cool, and the snow, well that's just an awesome bonus. I finally have just decided to say WOW! Great series!!!

    I agree with Sue .

Thank you Poaceae, farmboy and, horseaholic.
Actually is was nice and warm today, hence the snow. It was too cold for snow for quite a while, then it got too warm, now it's right in the zone for it.

Nice work, Les! Don't forget to turn that camera up on it's side every now and then!

I enjoyed these pictures, lesifer! Thanks for showing.

I love the first one, so many in the tree and the tones are great!

    lesifer,

Very nice series. If I had to vote, I would have to go with your last picture. Just being able to capture a bird at rest and one in flight in the same scene has to count for something. Nice eye and very good timing.

There were a couple I would have printed lighter, but they are all good pictures.

Congrats on your images and patience.

Great series. I have to admit I'm envious, we have a few eagles that nest here in the winter but they just don't offer these kind of shots. Well done.
